WIN hosted our Inaugural Career Options & Opportunities Conference & Expo -The Workforce Investment Network (WIN) hosted our Inaugural Career Options & Opportunities Conference & Expo to benefit Shelby County Schools (SCS) Seniors and Parents/Guardians. This event (click link to view video) was designed to offer SCS Seniors who have not made a college or career decision the opportunity to explore career options and discover how to become prepared for those choices. This multi-generational approach addresses the issue of poverty in our community by providing exposure to career coaching, employment and entrepreneurial options, and resources for job skills training.
