National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)

Thirty states, including Tennessee, endorse and accept CRCs as a valid and meaningful workforce credential. The CRC is based upon WorkKeys assessments, which substantiate that an individual possesses the basic skills required for today’s workplace. It focuses on three targeted skills: applied math, reading for information, and locating information.

Within each of the areas of assessment, individuals attain either a bronze, silver, or gold level of achievement.
